Compounder

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compo under to work with a leading manufacturing company in Wharton. This role involves weighing, mixing, and compounding raw materials to produce high-quality cosmetic and OTC drug products in a strictly regulated environment.

• 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am
• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm

• 29.00 - 31.00 USD hourly

• More than 2 years of experience in cosmetic compounding in an FDA-regulated environment.
• More than 2 years of experience weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials for cosmetic products.
• More than 2 years of operating mixing, blending, or compounding equipment.
• Understanding of compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Technical knowledge of cGMP and GDP requirements and 21 CFR Parts 210 & 211.
• Knowledge of Cosmetic GMP guidelines (ISO 22716).

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch records.
• Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment such as tanks, kettles, and homogenizers.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in real time following ALCOA+ principles.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, PPE standards, and process parameters.
