Pay Rate: $30/hr

Shifts:

2nd Shift (3pm - 11pm) & 3rd Shift (11pm - 7am)

Are you passionate about quality, precision, and leading teams to success? We're looking for a Production Quality Control Manager to join our growing manufacturing team and ensure our products meet the highest standards every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products
Ensure compliance with company, safety, and industry standards
Analyze inspection results and drive corrective actions for quality issues
Train and mentor Production QC Inspectors on SOPs and quality systems
Conduct audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain and ensure calibration of measuring and testing equipment

Requirements:

Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, QMS, and ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively with teams
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & QC software)
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)

Certifications such as Six Sigma or CQI
Experience with automated inspection systems
