Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 per year.

• Support month end close activities by preparing journal entries, completing reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting.
• Perform balance sheet and bank reconciliations while maintaining fixed asset records and general ledger accuracy.
• Manage inventory reconciliations and assist with work in process accounting and accruals in high volume operations.
• Analyze cost of goods sold and related drivers to provide insight into financial and operational performance.
• Partner with leadership to improve reporting processes, enhance systems, and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 7+ years of hands‑on accounting experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong experience with general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and close processes.
• Exposure to inventory accounting and project‑related or in‑process accounting concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work effectively with enterprise systems and large data sets.

• Analyze financial data thoroughly to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Adapt to process improvements and system changes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Provide insights into forecasting cost performance and financial trends.
• Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or related environments is beneficial.
