Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead general ledger catch-up efforts, including reconciliations and journal entries across multiple accounts

• Clean and validate ERP data to support accurate financial reporting

• Analyze and resolve discrepancies across AR, AP, payroll, and cash activity

• Organize documentation and improve inefficient, manual accounting processes

• Partner with leadership to prioritize and execute critical accounting initiatives as a Senior Accountant

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Prior experience working as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role

• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and journal entry experience

• Experience with larger or complex ERP systems

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
