The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of various European makes and models, with experience in automotive systems, diagnostics, customer service, and quality workmanship. This role requires a commitment to excellence in vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring work meets high quality standards.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles, utilizing advanced automotive technology and equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues related to mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems.
• Utilise schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive problems effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding repair needs and recommendations.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the performance of duties.
• Assist in training junior technicians as needed, sharing knowledge of automotive repair best practices.
