Reports To: Senior Director of Veterinary Relations and Growth Strategy

Position Type: Full-time | Exempt

Location: Partner Hospital, onsite, with frequent local travel (up to 75%)

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 annual salary

Position Summary
  • Veritas Veterinary Partners seeks a relationship-driven and strategically minded Partnership Advocate to strengthen connections between our Partner Hospitals and the referring veterinary community. The Partnership Advocate develops and executes engagement strategies that deepen referral partnerships, support sustainable referral growth, and ensure that the experience of working with Veritas reflects the quality of care we deliver. This role combines field-based relationship management with data-informed outreach and close collaboration with hospital operations, medical teams, and the Veterinary Relations team at Partner Support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Relationship Management and Outreach

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for referring veterinarians in the assigned market, ensuring their needs and perspectives are heard and addressed.
  • Develop and execute a structured engagement plan that supports, educates, and strengthens partnerships with veterinary practices in the territory.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referring practices, resolve barriers to referral, and provide ongoing education about hospital services, specialists, and treatment options.
  • Act as a liaison between hospital teams and referral partners to ensure smooth communication and continuity of care throughout the referral process.
  • Represent Veritas Veterinary Partners at industry events, continuing education programs, and networking opportunities within and outside the assigned market.

Growth and Strategic Engagement

  • Analyze referral patterns, market trends, and community dynamics to identify opportunities for expanded collaboration and referral growth.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns that grow referrals and deepen existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with hospital operations and medical teams to align outreach efforts with clinical capacity, service offerings, and organizational goals.

Data and Insights

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including referral volume, engagement activity, and market penetration, using data to inform decisions and refine strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions, outreach activity, and pipeline status within the CRM system.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with CRM platforms, practice information management systems (PIMS), and marketing platforms to manage relationships, track engagement, and support targeted outreach.
  • Use AI-assisted tools and data platforms to identify trends, surface insights, and improve the efficiency of outreach and follow-up workflows.
