This in-person, Denver-based role directs bid packaging, subcontractor scoping, value engineering, and progress scheduling with a strong emphasis on collaboration across design and field teams. Required are a Bachelor’s in construction management and 5+ years in construction, with proficiency in Sage Timberline, Procore, and related tools.
