As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first and last face our customers see—and the key to a memorable experience.
Do you love making people feel welcome, understood, and cared for? Are you great on the phone and even better face‑to‑face? If you can create a “wow” moment just by being yourself, we want to meet you.
We don’t need you to be a gearhead, but this is like a specialty shop, so you need to have knowledge and passion for Euros. We need you to be that person who gives customers a warm welcome, listens closely, keeps things organized, and walks them out to their freshly serviced car with a smile.
You’ll be trained on our proven customer experience process and given all the support you need to grow into a confident, high‑performing service professional.
Responsibilities- Greet customers with energy, warmth, and a smile
- Answer phones with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Set appointments and help manage workflow efficiently
- Walk each customer through their visit—from check‑in to car pickup
- Keep them informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way
- Collaborate with technicians and managers to ensure top‑notch service
- Learn our process and help us improve it every day
- Has a positive, engaging personality
- Enjoys helping people and solving problems
- Communicates clearly and kindly—both in person and over the phone
- Is organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Brings hospitality or retail experience (preferred, not required)
- Is eager to grow personally and professionally
- Monday–Friday schedule—no weekends!
