Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a Bilingual Sterilization Technician (Spanish/English) to support our clinical team. This role is essential in maintaining instrument sterilization, treatment room cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards. You will work hands-on alongside Dental Assistants and Doctors to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care.

• Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Assemble instrument sets according to established protocols
• Prepare and package instruments for steam or gas sterilization
• Maintain sterile supply inventory using aseptic technique
• Clean and sanitize treatment rooms after each use
• Monitor equipment function and report maintenance needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards

• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dental experience preferred but not required
