USA Rare Earth is seeking a Hydrometallurgical R&D Engineer to lead experiments in leaching, solvent extraction, and purification of rare earths. You will help scale from lab to pilot plant operations, troubleshoot pilot systems, and drive process improvements for higher recoveries and product quality.
The role requires a chemical/metallurgical/materials engineering background with 3–7 years in hydrometallurgy or related R&D, plus familiarity with PFDs, P&IDs, SCADA/DCS.
