What you’ll do:
  • Lead and oversee the infection prevention and control program
  • Monitor infection trends and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility infection control standards
  • Coordinate immunization tracking and verification
  • Educate and train staff on infection prevention practices
  • Collaborate with nursing leadership to support safe clinical operations

    Interpret clinical and laboratory information related to infection control
  • Support campus-wide infection prevention initiatives as needed
What you’ll need:
  • Active RN or LPN license
  • 1+ year experience in an Infection Preventionist or infection control role
  • Strong understanding of infection prevention standards and regulations
  • Ability to educate and influence staff practices
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented work style
