Job Overview
This is an ERP‑first end‑user support role supporting the organization’s ERP systems. Approximately 75% of the role will be ERP‑related, with the remaining time focused on traditional IT end‑user support within the Windows shop environment. Importantly, the majority of end‑user support requests today are driven by ERP usage, making ERP knowledge central to success in this position.
Responsibilities- Provide hands‑on support to business users, troubleshoot ERP‑related issues, and help ensure ERP workflows function effectively across departments.
- Work closely with end users to resolve issues and improve system adoption.
- Expand responsibilities over time to include ERP module deployments and support for new ERP projects as the system continues to evolve.
- 3–6 years of experience or exposure supporting ERP systems or business applications.
- Comfortable working directly with end users to resolve issues.
- Strong adapt‑and‑learn mindset, ability to learn new ERP functionality, adjust to changing business needs, and grow alongside the system.
- Prior experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or industrial environments is especially beneficial.
