Anticipated Hiring Range$90,320-$112,898. The final hiring salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other applicable considerations. In infrequent cases, exceptional candidates with qualifications that exceed the typical requirements may be considered for a salary above the anticipated hiring range.

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor's role is to manage staff and overall operations, ensuring the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly server infrastructure, Software as a Service (SaaS) systems, network infrastructure, and telecommunications systems. The IT Infrastructure Supervisor will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Strategy& Planning
- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
- Help develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure team members and project management.
- Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the IT executive team.
- Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
- Ensure changes are documented and change management processes are followed
- Fill in for Chief Information Officer when needed
- Manage vendors, outsource rs, and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services. Oversee projects and vendors while work is in progress
- Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures.
- Supervise and provide support for system administrators, desktop technicians, and service desk; conduct performance reviews and corrective action.
- Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including servers, backups, CCTV, cloud, security, wireless implementations, etc.
- Oversee projects and project portfolio.
- Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with system owners and stakeholders.
- Test server performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.
- Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the IT executives, decision-makers, stakeholders, department heads, and end users regarding changes and pertinent infrastructure activities.
- Practice IT asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and related documentation.
- Ensure quality user experiences for staff, residents, and partners.
- Act as Tier 4 customer support as needed, including monitoring the ticket queue and resolving incidents.
- Maintain a practice of continuous improvement.
