Production Technician - Overnight Shift

Pay: $25-28/hour

Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule:

3 days on, 4 days off (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)

We're hiring Production Technicians to support the processing of rare earth materials used in magnet production. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll operate equipment, monitor production processes, and help ensure products are processed safely and efficiently.

• Receive and handle materials delivered from mining quarries.
• Load materials into production equipment.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels.
• Document production data using Microsoft Office.
• Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment using basic mechanical skills.
• Follow all safety and cleanroom procedures.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting as needed.

• Experience operating machines or manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with inspections and quality checks.
• Comfortable working on your feet for 12-hour shifts.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Preferred:

• Previous Machine Operator or Production Operator experience.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
