Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the processing of materials used in magnet production. This is a hands-on position that involves operating production equipment, monitoring critical processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00/hour

Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule:

Rotating 3-on/4-off schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)

• Receive and handle raw materials delivered from mining quarries.
• Load materials into production equipment and monitor production flow.
• Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and chemical levels throughout the process.
• Record and maintain production data using Microsoft Office applications.
• Conduct inspections and perform quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using basic mechanical skills.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and cleanroom requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform occasional heavy lifting and material handling duties as required.

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience performing inspections and quality control checks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as needed.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Previous Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Technician experience.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Modern manufacturing facility.
• Temperature-controlled production floor.
• Standing and walking throughout the duration of the shift.
• Occasional heavy lifting required.
• Immediate openings available on the overnight shift.

This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wheat Ridge,CO.
