Hiring Production Associates — Rotating Shift

Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
Shift:
Day & Nights – Rotating every 4 weeks – 6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM
Schedule:
Rotating 3‑on/4‑off (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)
Raw material handling — Receive, stage, and prepare materials sourced from mining operations.
Production equipment operation — Load materials, run equipment, and keep production flowing smoothly.
Process monitoring — Track gauges, temperatures, pressures, and chemical levels with precision.
Data recording — Log production metrics using Microsoft Office tools.
Quality inspections — Perform checks to ensure every batch meets strict specifications.
Troubleshooting — Identify and resolve equipment issues using mechanical aptitude.
Safety compliance — Follow all safety, cleanroom, and operational protocols.
Work area upkeep — Keep your station organized and production‑ready.
Material handling — Perform occasional heavy lifting and movement of materials.
Manufacturing equipment experience
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and strong quality focus
Inspection and QC experience
Ability to stand and move for 12‑hour shifts
Ability to safely lift and transport materials
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Modern, technology‑driven manufacturing facility
Temperature‑controlled production floor
Active, on‑your‑feet work throughout the shift
Occasional heavy lifting
This is a Contract position based out of Wheat Ridge, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 – $28.00/hr.
