American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position in Golden, CO, requiring a CO or compact RN license and multiple AHA certifications including TNCC and ENPC.

• Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting in Golden, CO
• Variable 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week (36 hrs/week)
• Weekend shifts are required
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On‑call may be required during regularly scheduled shifts
• Epic is the EMR used for charting

• Active CO or compact RN license required (no pending licenses)
• Minimum 1 year of ED nursing experience required
• Required AHA certifications (must not expire prior to start date): BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and NIHSS
• Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for ED patients
• Duties also include patient teaching and counseling, executing delegated medical functions, referring patients for further evaluation, and monitoring treatment plans
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• Two references are required for consideration
