Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Senior Living – $20.00–$28.00/hour + Shift Differentials | Full‑Time, 12hr NOC Position – Mountain Vista Senior Living

• Competitive Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hour (credit for experience)
• Shift Differentials:
  • Evenings: +$3.00/hour
  • Nights: +$1.00/hour
  • Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour
  • Weekend Evenings: +$4.00/hour
  • Weekend Nights: +$4.00/hour

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and support with daily routines
• Follow individualized care plans to support resident well‑being
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all residents

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active CNA certification required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude

• Previous experience in long‑term care or senior living
• Open to students and recent graduates
