The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
ResponsibilitiesConducts physical, social, and psychological assessments; develops individualized care plans with interdisciplinary collaboration; delegates and coordinates care; evaluates patient responses; promotes professionalism by adhering to legal and ethical standards, documenting accurately, and participating in ongoing development.
SkillsPatient care delivery, critical thinking, communication, documentation, team collaboration, and patient evaluation.
QualificationsCurrent RN license, BLS certification, with a preference for BSN. Less than 12 months of experience requires obtaining a BSN within four years.
Physical DemandsRequires visual and manual dexterity, physical mobility, and the ability to assist with patient transfers and equipment handling.
