Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per physician orders and Medication Administration record;
Order medications from the pharmacy as prescribed to ensure availability;
Document medications administered in the resident's medical record immediately after administration;
Take and record vital signs prior to medication administration when required;
Administer PRN medications as ordered and report any medication errors to the Wellness Director
