Do you have experience in Retail Loss Prevention and want to work for a company that still believes in apprehending and prosecuting criminals? Join Hobby Lobby's Loss Prevention Department as a full-time In-Store Loss Prevention Agent to protect our stores. This role focuses on undercover, plain‑clothes surveillance to identify and apprehend shoplifters, with no risk management, safety, door greeting, alarms, audits or inventory responsibilities.

Our primary focus is discreet floor walking to apprehend shoplifters, providing a safer shopping environment while deterring theft.

• Complete incident reports
• Review camera footage
• Apprehend shoplifters
• Review BOLOs
• Handle stressful, unpredictable, and potentially dangerous situations with rational judgment
• Build relationships with store management and local law enforcement
• Work independently and as part of a team

• At least one year of previous undercover, floor‑walking loss prevention experience
• Ability to travel to multiple stores in the area
• Strong communication skills
• Motor vehicle record check
• Background check
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working hours standing/walking

• Starting wage range: $26.50 to $27.50 per hour (per Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
• Christmas bonus (gift) for employees on certain dates

• One-week paid vacation after 6 months, two weeks after 1 year
