Sales Associate - Wheatridge, CO

Position Overview

We are seeking part‑time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Hourly. Starting at $17.29.

• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing efficient help to multiple customers.
• Assess customer needs, share product knowledge, answer questions, direct them to merchandise, and offer recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering alternative solutions and turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store and company objectives.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekends and overnight shifts.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Capacity to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and places/removes merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Communicate and exchange information with customers via telephone and face‑to‑face.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, which may include travel.
• Identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and SOPs.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
