• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, applying drive and passion for helping people.
• Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am‑9pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment, staying flexible and open to change to meet evolving tech and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching will be provided.

Retail Sales Consultant earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour plus $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62,460 per year. Salary range may vary by geography, experience, expertise and education/training.
