Field Scientist

• Your fieldwork efforts will include:
  Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs);
  Phase II ESAs; underground storage tank (UST) removals; soil excavation oversight; remedial and vapor mitigation systems installations; chemical amendment injections; operation, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) of remedial and vapor mitigation systems, aquifer testing, and sampling of various media.
• Your office work will include: reviewing, analyzing and reducing data collected during fieldwork; table, exhibit, and report preparation; sample packaging and shipping; and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related science field and a minimum 1 year related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
• Ability to travel for overnight fieldwork.
• Certification in field of expertise preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, overseeing soil excavation, and managing remedial and vapor mitigation systems. Proficient in data analysis, report preparation, and fieldwork logistics.
