Position OverviewWe’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing install team. You’ll be responsible for installing high-quality residential HVAC systems while representing the Major brand with professionalism and pride.
What You’ll Be Doing- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Boilers (a plus)
- Ductwork and related components
Follow manufacturer specs, mechanical codes, and company install standards
Read and interpret install layouts and job documentation
Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Take ownership of workmanship and quality
What We’re Looking For2+ years residential HVAC installation experience (preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Pride in your work and a team-first mindset
