Red Peak is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our Colorado apartment communities in top condition. You’ll handle routine and preventive maintenance, assist with scheduling and vendor oversight, and respond to service requests, including emergencies.
Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in multifamily maintenance and certifications in HVAC/EPA, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry. On-site role with full benefits and a $23–$25 per hour pay range.
