This is a part-time, on-site Bridal Fitter/Pinner role based in Denver, CO. The Bridal Fitter/Pinner will meet with clients for fittings, carefully pin and mark bridal gowns and formal wear for alterations, and communicate recommended adjustments in a clear, supportive manner. Day-to-day tasks include preparing fitting rooms, assisting clients in and out of garments, ensuring proper fit and comfort, and recording detailed notes for the alteration team.

The role also involves collaborating closely with tailors, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and upholding Tailored In White's standards for client education and exceptional service.

Experience with garment fitting and pinning, particularly bridal and formal wear, and strong attention to detail in assessing fit and structure. Basic understanding of tailoring and alterations techniques, with the ability to translate fitting notes into clear instructions for sewing professionals. Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and a calm, professional demeanor during fittings. Ability to work safely and efficiently with pins, clips, and garment accessories, maintaining a clean and organized fitting environment.

Comfort with handling delicate fabrics and intricate designs, ensuring care and respect for each garment. Reliable time management and punctuality, with flexibility to work peak bridal seasons, evenings, and weekends as needed. Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced tailors; interest in developing a long-term career in tailoring or fashion is a plus. Prior experience in bridal salons, alterations shops, or fashion retail is preferred but not required;

training can be provided for candidates with strong potential.
