As part of our growth, we’re seeking a Jr. ETF Product Manager to support the ETF Product Strategy Team in driving our ETF initiatives.
In December 2025, Innovator announced its intention to be acquired by Goldman Sachs. The deal is scheduled to close Q2 2026.
We are actively seeking a Jr. ETF Product Manager to join the Product Strategy Team. The role's primary responsibility will be working to analyze the Defined Outcome ETF landscape, provide competitive analysis, and monitor the Innovator suite of ETFs. This role will require a strong analytical mindset, an ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data and an ability to quickly develop a general understanding of capital markets.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update product documentation, fact sheets, and marketing materials
- Monitor fund performance, flows, and competitive positioning; prepare regular reporting for senior leadership
- Track industry trends, competitor launches, and regulatory developments in the ETF space
- Partner with Strategists and Product Managers to disseminate data regarding Innovator ETFs and the global capital markets
- Responsible for using a detailed approach to data, technology, and processes
- Assist in the completion of RFPs and other one-off investor requests
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a finance, business or analytical subject
- CFA or progress towards CFA designation preferred
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and data platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Factset
- Understanding of financial markets and investment implications
- Strong analytical, technical and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Collaborative with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related work experience
