Service Users: Children and Young People who have experienced early life trauma, neglect or abuse and may display challenging behaviours

The Home: Our client operates a children’s residential home specialising in supporting young people who have experienced trauma, neglect and abuse. Who we are looking for: An experienced and committed Team Leader who can lead shifts effectively and support the team to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Key responsibilities- Planning and leading shifts with Residential Support Workers
- Ensuring all risks are managed in line with company policies and procedures
- Communicating effectively with the team regarding daily plans
- Completing reports and documentation using paperless systems
- Reviewing care plans and associated documentation
- Providing positive parenting
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of current legislation including Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
- Supporting children in a calm, empathetic and professional manner
- Contributing to a progressive and committed team
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references prior to employment.
