Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and risks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local officials, property owners, and other community members.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings, and responding to safety incidents.
