Position: Customer Service Rep / Front Desk Attendant
Specific Responsibilities:

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
• Maintains relationships with customers by resolving issues via e-mail, phone, or fax.
• Maintains our bookshop by checking stock and appearance daily and assisting walk-in customers.
• Contributes to the team by handling incoming mail, orders, and invoices
• Perform related and/or special work as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• People oriented with excellent communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Computer skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and good time management skills

Salary:

Salary range: $20-$22 hourl.y Competitive salary based on previous work experience, education, acquired skills, and established relationships. Salary commensurate with current standards for comparable positions and responsibilities within publishing and other leading not-for-profit ministries. Compensation reviewed and evaluated annually by the Executive Compensation Committee (ECC) of the Crossway Board of Directors.
