Position Overview

Branch Customer Service Representative at AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) – a full‑time, hourly role focused on promoting ACG products and services, ensuring member satisfaction, and supporting revenue generation.

• Greet members, provide sales and support services for membership, travel (car, hotel, tour packages), and select banking products.
• Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when needed.
• Handle cashiering services – process payments for insurance policies (installments, lapse, reinstatement), travel tickets, and travel money products; balance cash drawer.
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking assistance from management when appropriate.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a customer‑focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays, weekends, and community events.

• Hourly wage $19.00–$21.50, based on experience, with incentives and an annual bonus potential.
