The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor for our TJ Maxx location in Wheaton, IL. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store ensuring prompt and courteous customer service while promoting loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to train and lead others.
This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Benefits include an Associate discount and a competitive salary starting between $16.00 and $16.50 per hour.
