Substitute Teacher Position
Community Unit School District 200 is seeking certified Substitute Teachers.
We will be accepting applications and conducting interviews to add additional substitutes. In particular, we are seeking candidates with experience in hard‑to‑fill teaching areas such as special education, foreign language, ESL, and bilingual programs. Interviews will be by appointment only.
District 200 is an exemplary, student‑focused school district that serves approximately 13,000 students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in two high schools, four middle schools, thirteen elementary schools, and one preschool.
If selected to substitute in Wheaton‑Warrenville District 200, candidates must undergo a physical examination, submit the results of a TB test, and successfully pass a criminal background check.
On‑Call Pay RateDay: $135.00 (25–26 sy)
QualificationsCandidates must hold a valid Illinois teaching certificate registered in DuPage County.
