Bank Teller - Full or Part Time

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle various banking transactions, and contribute to a positive banking experience for our customers.

• Customer Interaction:
  Greet customers and assist with their banking needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Transaction Processing:
  Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other banking transactions.
• Cash Management:
  Maintain and balance cash drawer, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and adherence to security protocols.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures, including anti-money laundering and privacy laws.
• Problem Solving:
  Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Sales and Referrals:
  Identify customer needs and promote appropriate bank products and services to enhance their banking experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required and must be 18 years old.
• Previous experience in cash handling or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic math and comfortable using computers and banking software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

$17.50 Hour

• Work is primarily performed in a bank branch setting.
• Requires standing for extended periods and may involve lifting light to moderate weights (e.g., cash drawers).
