Premier Client Banker - PNC Wealth Management

Position Overview:

At PNC, the Premier Client Banker in Wealth Management focuses on Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, retention, and delivering a differentiated client experience.

• Develop and execute proactive strategies for Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach, and retention to generate revenue and increase share of wallet.
• Generate and manage leads and client appointments, leveraging consultative conversational skills and in‑depth product knowledge.
• Maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition, and growth.
• Manage risk and maximize profitability across the client portfolio.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Own client relationships, hold team accountable for deliverables and penetration goals, and collaborate with ecosystem partners.
• Serve as the quarterback for ecosystem partners, ensuring expert involvement aligned with client needs.
• Drive the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership with PNC financial advisors.
• Promote financial wellness by suggesting tailored solutions aligned with client goals.

• University / college degree required; 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Competencies include banking products, business acumen, collaborating, customer experience management, customer retention, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, managing multiple priorities, products and services, relationship management, and selling.
• Preferred certifications: FINRA Series 7, 66 (or 63 & 65);
  Life and Health Insurance.
