Experience Using a Hoyer Lift And Sit-to-Stand Lift Required

• Shifts for Nursing Rehabilitation Patients
• Average Ratio: 1 CNA to 12-15 Residents

• Weekdays: $26.00 / hour
• Weekends: $28.00 / hour

• Valid CNA in Illinois with at least 2 years experience
• Valid CPR certification, work physical, negative TB test within the past year
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle with insurance, reliable commute to the job location

• Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s care
• Fall prevention, incontinence care
• Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, catheter care
• Stand-by assist, repositioning, mobility, transfers
• Safety & supervision
• Meal preparation & medication reminders
• Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Light housekeeping
