Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, aligned with skills and experience

Realistic Productivity Expectations: 28 Direct Treatment Hours per Week Earn up to 5% of your annual salary for exceeding productivity expectations

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients (birth–18 years)
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve gross motor, self-care, and functional skills

Support families with coaching and modeling to reinforce treatment goals

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For:

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy education programPT licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois CPR Certification required within 90 days of hire
