Com For Care  is urgently hiring an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home senior care for a client in Wheaton, Illinois
.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate CNA with Hoyer Lift experience who is looking for a consistent weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in a client's life.

• Saturday & Sunday
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Client located in Wheaton, IL

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to a senior client.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Safely perform transfers using a Hoyer Lift and other mobility equipment as needed.
• Assist with repositioning, mobility support, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence and dignity.
• Monitor the client's condition and report any changes to the care team.
• Follow the client's individualized care plan and maintain accurate documentation.

• Active CNA Certification required.
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift is required.
• Previous experience providing in-home senior care, personal care, mobility assistance, or private duty caregiving preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Auto Insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
