Salary: $20.00 per hour

• Follow a carefully crafted care plan designed by skilled nurse assessors to deliver high-quality support to clients.
• Assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and offer medical care as appropriate within a home health setting.
• Contribute to creating meaningful experiences for patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.

• Ideally at least one year of hands-on experience (home care, hospital, or assisted living).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and adhere to care plans.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance to enable travel to various locations.

• Strong empathy and problem-solving abilities to create a positive care environment aligned with core values.
