Join Cherubim's team supporting adults with disabilities! Help individuals achieve independence and community integration in a residential setting & Day Program site.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Provide transportation and community support
- Administer medications
- Maintain documentation
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background checks (IDHS, DCFS, OIG)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or obtain upon hire)
- Must be 18+
