Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team
• Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings
• Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate patient plans of care
• Treat residents one on one in private treatment sessions rather than group settings
• Individualize treatment sessions using a functional-based treatment approach
• Help senior patients improve their quality of life

• Degree in area of discipline
• Current Physical Therapy license in state of practice, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
• Computer proficiency
• Minimum commitment of 8 hours per month to maintain active employment

Demonstrates expertise in providing rehabilitative services and individualized treatment programs for patients, with a focus on improving quality of life through a functional-based approach. Holds a current Physical Therapy license and possesses strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
