Central Supply Aide

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Central Supply Aide within the DuPage County Care Center.

• Washes, sterilizes equipment, instruments, and supply items used in medical and nursing procedures
• Replenishes supply carts and delivers to assigned areas
• Prepares packs of supplies, instruments, and dressing and treatment trays, according to designated lists or codes, and wraps, labels and seals packs.
• Delivers sterilized items and special medical trays to assigned areas
• Delivers IV supplies and IV pumps to assigned areas
• Picks up soiled items to be cleaned
• Stores prepared articles and supplies in designated areas.
• Stocks and maintains central supply
• Completes inventory and maintains the correct levels and/or numbers for supplies at which stock needs to be replenished
• Fills supply requisition and places orders as needed
• Place orders from suppliers according to contracts
• Tags items

• Completion of a High school Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma and
• Three(3) to six(6) months related experience and/or training;

Post-Offer Physical is required
