Rosin Eyecare is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for an Optometric Technician position. This will be full-time position and will be located in North Naperville. If problem-solving is your forte and you have a knack for noticing the tiniest detail, we want to add you to our team!

• Promptly and professionally assisting the doctor in patient care.
• Performing technical workups, patient histories and special testing.
• Responsible for maintaining medical supply and equipment inventory.
• Maintain and clean all equipment being used. Report to Equipment
• Coordinator if not in working condition.
• Returning phone calls to patients and pharmacies in a timely manner.
• Efficiently and accurately interview patients and documents histories.
• Assists the doctor with contact lens evaluations.
• Safely and effectively complete contact lens insertion and removal training with patients.
• Accurately performs:

• - Lensometry
• - Tonometry
• - Humphrey Visual Fields
• - Muscle Testing
• - Pupil Exams
• - Topography
• - OCT

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of JCAHPO Certified Ophthalmic Assistant is a plus but not required.
• Candidate must be professional, dependable, energetic, customer service oriented and a team player.
