Starting Base: $50,000 + Uncapped Commission | Six-Figure Path Within 18–24 Months

At its core, this job is talking to people - a lot of them. You’ll source and screen candidates and connect skilled professionals with the companies building the country’s energy and infrastructure. The more conversations you have, the better you get and the more you earn. (Don’t know the industry? Nobody does on day one. We teach it.)

No experience preferred

We can teach you how to build a call list or talk to an engineer. We can’t teach you how to be curious, driven, or competitive. That’s what makes a great recruiter.

Compensation:
The base salary for this position is $50,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus commission eligibility. This salary is provided in compliance with applicable Illinois pay transparency requirements.
