• Training: successfully participate in training to update necessary skills for job functions.
• Hardware:
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of District hardware and related documentation manuals.
  • Provide ongoing technical support staff.
• Provide technical support to district personnel including, but not limited to, all hardware and software applications.
• Network:
  Assist with maintenance, administration, and installation of network servers, services, security, and applications in accordance with standard Information Technology policies and procedures.
• Participate in planning, implementation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of VMware and Windows operating systems.
• Administer Office 365 and Google Workspace organizational accounts, as required.
• Assist with implementation, configuration, monitoring, and maintaining backup and recovery servers.
• Assist with maintenance and administration of the network and security systems.
• Assist with monitoring firewall rules, VPN users, etc.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management
• Manage image creation, deploying patches, and maintaining critical updates while minimizing downtime for end users.
• Participate in managing organizational licensing and certification renewals.
• Perform site inspections, network modeling, analysis, and planning for technology implementation.
• Keep abreast of new developments related to hardware, software, and systems requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed.

Twelve-month year with salary and benefits to be established by the Board of Education. (Salary Range: $59,000-$61,000)
