Five years of experience in technology systems, infrastructure, or related operational roles preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing technology systems, devices, vendors, and projects.
Working knowledge of building-based technology systems (networking, security, access control, AV).
Strong organizational, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in a K12 school setting preferred but not required.
Must pass a criminal background check and Erin s Law requirements.
Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with administrators, staff, vendors, and service providers.
Ability to manage day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term planning.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technology and operational issues.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a small-district environment.
Collaborative working style with a service-oriented mindset.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, and system reliability best practices.
Oversee building-based technology systems, including network infrastructure, security cameras, access control, intercom, PA, bell, clock, and audiovisual systems.
Monitor system performance, cybersecurity, and data privacy practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and district policies.
Coordinate technology upgrades, system improvements, and infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
Collaborate with district leadership, administrators, and instructional staff to align technology resources with district goals and instructional priorities.
Serve as the primary liaison with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
Manage technology-related purchasing, budgeting, inventory, and documentation.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to staff and administrators as needed.
Maintain clear documentation and communication regarding systems, procedures, and project timelines.
Anticipate and proactively address technology and infrastructure needs to minimize disruptions to learning and operations.
Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Director of Operations and Business Services.

Exempt Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000
