WHO YOU AREAs a Smart Office Training Specialist, you simplify complex software concepts through engaging, hands‑on training. You design and deliver dynamic programs using simulations, discussions, and exercises to enhance user proficiency, create structured training plans, user guides, and session agendas, and work independently with clients to ensure seamless learning. You continuously refine methods for effectiveness, adapt to user needs, and provide ongoing support.
By collaborating with Sales and Marketing, you assist with software demos, bridging product capabilities with user adoption, empowering users with confidence to navigate Smart Office efficiently.
- Design, develop, and update technical course materials on proprietary software.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as simulations, exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
- Offer specific training programs to help users learn the software and improve job skills and proficiencies.
- Create detailed training plans and timelines for each project and work with clients independently.
- Create training materials such as discovery guides, training plans, user documentation, and agendas to facilitate sessions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness.
- Respond to client questions regarding presented topics.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not achieved.
- Work with internal Sales and Marketing teams for software demos.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Work experience in the insurance or financial domain.
- 5+ years’ experience in training and development in a teaching or technical environment.
- High technical aptitude and working knowledge of, and experience teaching, various software programs.
