Constellation Brands seeks a Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain strategy across our premium beer, wine, and spirits portfolio. In this role, you will oversee planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery of iconic brands like Corona and Robert Mondavi. You will drive S&OP, optimize inventory and service levels, and lead continuous improvement across our network. Partnering closely with operations, procurement, finance, and commercial teams, you'll enable innovation, support new product launches, and guide strategic capacity and sourcing decisions in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end supply chain strategy across planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics for key brands.
  • Lead S&OP processes to align demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory targets with commercial goals.
  • Optimize inventory, service levels, and cost-to-serve across plants, co-packers, and distribution centers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance using data, KPIs, and Lean methodologies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional supply chain team and develop talent pipelines.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and commercial teams on capacity, sourcing, and network decisions.
  • Manage relationships with key external partners, including co-manufacturers and logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and sustainability standards in supply chain operations.
  • Support new product introductions and innovation through robust supply and launch readiness plans.
  • Prepare and present performance updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
