Are you a Project Manager who enjoys building beyond landscapes?
Cardinal State, LLC is seeking a Commercial Landscaping Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation, ecological restoration, shoreline stabilization, green infrastructure, and environmental construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This opportunity allows an experienced Landscaping Project Manager to directly impact project success, work on unique environmental construction projects, and help shape the future growth of the company.

- Opportunity to manage unique environmental and restoration projects
- 3+ years of project management experience in commercial landscaping, civil construction, environmental restoration, site development, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, or related outdoor construction industries.
- Knowledge of landscape installation and construction for commercial landscape projects.
- Previous project management experience, including experience working with multiple installation projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs.
- Ability to delegate, direct, and oversee multiple projects and teams.
- Knowledge and experience leveraging landscape management software such as LMN.
- Background check required.
- Formulating and administering long‑range plans for all job sites.
- Developing and communicating the monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.
- Managing labor hours and materials to ensure profitability.
- Rotating job sites to ensure high standards of safety and quality workmanship are established and maintained.
- Overseeing the timely and accurate procurement of material deliveries & equipment requirements as needed.
- Managing the change order process to ensure that no work goes unbilled.
- Tracking, analyzing, and leveraging data to improve results of the project.
- Other responsibilities as required.
